Service Description

This FREE 30 minute exploratory meeting is YOUR chance to ask questions that you have about working one-on-one with me or joining one of the groups I offer. I also use these Discovery Calls prior to one of The Nest packages to help us explore and decide on what your individual poetry therapy and wellness journey will look like. This free meeting will allow you the chance to consider investing in future one-on-one or group offerings from Hiraethlon and "The Nest" without the pressure to commit right away. Think of it as a sampling and a way to get to know this healing space, community, and vision.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. If you have more than 2 cancellations/no-shows within that 24 hour window, you agree to pause services and have a conversation with me about any barriers that might be affecting your ability to commit. Together, we will negotiate what going forward looks like.
